What counts as a billable screening?
Each successfully completed live screening counts, whether the decision is allow, review, or block. Test traffic, failed screenings, idempotent replays, and requests where the engine fails open do not add to your bill.
Do I need a card to start?
No. New accounts start on Free with no card. If you need a paid allowance, choose a plan in the dashboard checkout after signup.
What happens when I exceed my allowance?
Free live screening pauses when the 1,000 monthly billable screening allowance is reached. Upgrade in the dashboard to keep screening with a paid plan, or wait for the allowance to reset at 00:00 UTC on the first day of the next month. Paid subscriptions continue screening and automatically add USD overage at the listed rate. Test mode remains available under request limits.

The dashboard billing page shows usage and subscription details. Open billing to review your account or change a paid plan.
Does a paid plan automatically give me a deeper detection lookback?
No. Detection lookback is a shared capability today, and paid plans do not currently apply a different lookback automatically. Raw personal-data fields are scrubbed after 90 days separately from plan choice. Choose a plan by allowance, overage rate, and support.
How do cancellation and plan changes work?
Paid plan changes are prorated. Cancelling keeps your paid tier until the current billing period ends, then the account returns to Free; any charges already accrued remain due. Manage changes from the dashboard billing page.
